I have been very fortunate to have spent time with some amazing and influential people in my time as a mountain bike rider and triathlete. People like Damien Grundy, a former coach of Cadel Evans and the AIS. Martin Whitley who now runs the most successful mountain bike time in the world. And Clinton Watson, who has coached many an athlete to qualify for the Triathlon World Championships.

So now is my turn to give back, pass on the knowledge I have learnt and help people succeed. I believe success should be measured on you being able to achieve the best of what you are capable of. To do that you need to learn the lessons, do the work, prepare well and have a crack on the day.

    Achievements:

    • 2 x Top 5 results at World Mountain Bike Championships
    • 2 x National Mountain Bike Titles
    • National Mountain Bike Series Winner
    • Ironman 70.3 World Championship Qualifier
    • 2 x Ironman World Championship (Kona) Finisher
