With two events this season run and won, it’s been fantastic to see all our new technical officials out on course.
We excitedly welcomed eight new LTOs to the ranks this season, including Neil Clarke, Elise Windsor-Smith, James Mckeag, Christabel Straw, Allisha Oxley, Naomi Fitzgerald, Kelly Fitzgerald and Nestor Ochoa Rivera. The next time you are working an event, please take a moment to introduce yourself and welcome our new team members.
We encourage all LTOs to please support these new recruits as we implement a buddy system to guide, support and mentor them.
